12 noon                              ROXYfest23 opens

From 12 throughout the afternoon     

                                           Fairground open

                                           Dog show registration open (until 5 minutes before the respective round)

                                           All the stalls open – food, commercial, crafts, charity, community

                                           ROXY CAFÉ open – tea, coffee, cakes, soft drinks

12.15 pm                            SWING STREET ALL STARS on the stage

12.15 pm                            PINNER RFC demonstration in the arena

1.15 pm                              DOG SHOW round 1 – ROXY SENIORS - 10 yo +

1.30 pm                              DOG SHOW round 2 – ROXY PUP – under 2 yo

1.45 pm                              DOG SHOW round 3 -  ROXY YOUNG HANDLER – child under 15 yo

2.15 pm                              DAMO & THE DYNAMITES on the stage

2.15 pm                              PINNER RFC demonstration in the arena

3.15 pm                              DOG SHOW round 4 – ROXY BEST BOY

3.30 pm                              DOG SHOW round 5 – ROXY GOOD GIRL

3.45 pm                              DOG SHOW round 6 – ROXY PAIR OF DOGS with one handler

3.50 pm                              DOG SHOW SPECIAL AWARD, presented by the Mayor of Harrow

4.15 pm                             THE RAZORZ on the stage

4.15 pm                             PINNER RFC demonstration in the arena

4.30 pm                             ROXY CAFE closes

5.00 pm                             ROXYfest23 closes - stalls, fairground close

5pm - 8pm                         Breaking down - all help appreciated putting away gazebos, bunting, fencing, litter picking etc
